Surfer Girl Summer?
I was born to live in the city. I surprisingly love the stimulation and truly am heartbroken when I have to leave — although I yearn for a break at least once a week (trust me, it makes sense). However, I was born and raised in the water, idolizing the Roxy girls wearing board shorts and minuscule bikinis, with bleach blonde hair and a permanent tan. I want to reincarnate as Alana Blanchard or Coco Ho, and spend my life back home, in Hawaii, Australia, etc. I used to have Blue Crush on repeat and magazine pages of surf magazines from Banzai Bowls taped up on my wall, listening to my Jamz playlist full of Iration and Tribal Seeds. That endless-summer aesthetic has always sold itself because it is effortless. This summer it's back, and it's everywhere, from California to the south of France.
